Frank received his Masters in Human Services from the Springfield College in 2007. He practiced for 25 years working with internationally recognized award winning architectural firms domestically and abroad. His focus throughout his career was on the technical performance and project management aspect of his firm’s specialty of mixed-use commercial high-rise projects. Kevin Harris has a BS in Sociology from Howard University, a MBA from Springfield College Wilmington, DE. Currently, he serves as program evaluator to small research companies and non-profit organizations. Kevin is well-versed in conducting small and large-scale mix-method studies and also has provided support and advising on both qualitative and quantitative studies. His content expertise includes substance abuse, HIV/AIDS and  diversity and race/ethnic relations, domestic violence and educational outcomes.
